Shipping & Returns Policy
Welcome to The Little Outfit. We are committed to making our circular fashion model as seamless and sustainable as possible for your family.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery
We believe in transparency. All orders within Australia are shipped via our carbon-neutral
partners. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Standard Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days.
Express Shipping: Estimated 1–3 business days.
2. Our Circular Shipping Process
Because we operate a circular model, your delivery includes everything you need for the future
of your items:
Each shipment arrives in durable, eco-friendly packaging. Inside, you will find a pre-paid return
shipping label. When your little one has outgrown their items, simply place them back in the
original packaging, affix the provided label, and drop it off at your nearest post office.
3. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be delighted with your items. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your
expectations:
For New Items: Unworn items with tags attached can be returned within 14 days of
delivery.
For Pre-loved/Marketplace Items: Given the nature of pre-loved clothing, all marketplace
sales are final. However, if there is a discrepancy in the item condition compared to the
listing, please contact us at hello@thelittleoutfit.com.au within 48 hours of receipt.
4. Damaged or Lost Items
If an item is damaged during transit or lost by the courier, please notify us immediately. We will
work to resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit. For subscription items, if an item is damaged during your care, please reach out so we can assess it; we understand that children play hard, and we distinguish between "normal wear and tear" and accidental damage.
